TrailLite is New Zealand's leading luxury motorhome and caravan manufacturer and distributor. We help connect Kiwis to their country and create an easy travel lifestyle for those keen to explore all that New Zealand has to offer!

We are now looking for a friendly and energetic Service Advisor to join our tight knit team in Christchurch. You would be seen as the face of TrailLite, championing customer interactions.

The Role:

With a strong commitment to customer service and after-sales care, you will be responsible for delivering on commitments made to our customers whilst maintaining high levels of service and professionalism. Key tasks will include:

• Providing handovers of our motorhomes and caravans to our customers
• Providing first level advice and support to motorhome and caravan owners on the correct operation of their vehicles
• Managing the full warranty process to ensure a seamless transition
• Liaising with and sourcing customers vehicle parts as required
• Invoicing customer parts and taking payments
• Receipting inwards goods and managing our supply/warehouse of parts that are readily available to internal and external customers
• Experience using an ERP system and experience in a service/ parts environment is preferred

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone that is passionate and an experienced Service Advisor (ideally with experience in the RV industry). You will:

• Have exceptional customer service skills, be a skilled communicator
• Be organised and process driven
• Possess strong administrative skills and excellent computer skills
• A willingness to learn technical parts requirements
• Be a master of multi-tasking and can thrive under pressure
• A full clean NZ drivers’ licence
