The Role

Fostering long-term partnerships with our customers to guide them through buying a Motorhome or Caravan with TrailLite.

You would be working out of our Pukekohe office, with rostered Saturday work. Your day to day will include following-up leads, selling our luxury products and ensuring that customers are satisfied throughout the whole sales process and in some cases post sale process. You’ll be surrounded by an outstanding team that work closely and have a real passion to meet targets and build long-lasting customer relationships. Although a sales-based role, there is a strong focus on the customer experience.

On a daily basis you will:

• Build long-lasting customer relationships with people from all walks of life
• Demonstrate your attention to detail in all areas of the role
• Work with our leading technology solutions to nurture and develop your leads
  
• Work as part of a high-performance team to deliver outstanding sales results
  
• You’ll become a trusted advisor for the TrailLite brand and will continue to grow customer loyalty daily through your consultative approach.
  

About you

• You thrive on working towards sales targets! Your innovative thinking about outside the box solutions will serve you well. You are highly proficient on a PC and across the Microsoft Office Suite. You'll be putting quotes together, increasing sales and be the first person that customers think of when referring business.
• You will ensure our customers enjoy the TrailLite experience just as much as you do! You are driven, your friendly personality and ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life will ensure you thrive here with us.
• Having experience in caravan and motorhome sales would be an advantage, you may also come from a different sales background.
• Whilst you will be required to work every other Saturday, in return you will get the Monday off. You’ll also get to be a part of the buzz of trade shows – these happen three times a year.

Pukekohe, Auckland - Full Time

We are proudly New Zealand’s leading manufacturer of luxury motorhomes and caravans. We've been round the block a while since 1954, and we do things so well our business continues to grow! To keep up with demand, we have a vacancy for a hard-working and skilled individual to join our talented team.

Our skilled motorhome builders are responsible for ensuring our motorhomes and caravans are crafted to perfection. Working in a small team within our factory based at Pukekohe, you would use your skills to ensure that we create an in-spec product produced to the production schedule. Your strong work ethic and positive attitude will be a welcome addition to the team.

You’ll need:

• Experience or practice in using power tools, measuring tapes and set squares
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Be keen to work with others
• Have a continuous improvement mindset
