We want to ensure that our customers are enjoying life on the road in their Trail-lite motorhome or caravan, as much as the day they first took delivery of their pride and joy. That’s why we started Trail-lite Care. (TLC for short.)
Trail-lite Care is all about giving our customers total and ongoing confidence in their new motorhome or caravan and providing whatever “TLC” is required when needed. And it makes sense to service their motorhome or caravan in the same place they were built. It saves time and money too!
With Trail-lite Care our customers get:
- 5-years structural warranty on Trail-lite manufactured components
- 5-years mechanical roadside assist
- 3-years factory supported new vehicle warranty
- Trail-lite’s very own on-site Service Centre with an 0800 assist number
- a nationwide support network for on-the-road repairs.
Our customers know that the same care and attention we put in to building their new motorhomes and caravans is matched by our servicing and maintenance of them. Nothing is ever too big or too small for us to sort out quickly and happily.
