Screen recording

We use website screen recording technology, Hotjar and Lucky Orange, to better understand our users’ needs (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc) and to optimise this service and experience. This enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. These technology providers use cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices (in particular device's IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). Hotjar and Lucky Orange stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile. Remarketing

We also use remarketing tracking cookies and conversion pixels from vendors such as Google and Meta to present special offers to you for our products or services over the Google Content Network and via social networks. Land transport Safety Authority

To register your new motorhome or caravan certain personal information will be shared with the Land Transport Safety Authority as part of the registration process, this also means that we can contact owners in the event there is a safety recall issued by the manufacturer.

If you wish to opt-out of receiving marketing communications, please use the 'unsubscribe' link provided in our emails, or otherwise contact us directly and we will stop sending you communications.

TrailLite aims to safeguard and protect your personal data from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, and TrailLite utilises and maintains certain reasonable processes, systems, and technologies to do so.
